School Rules & Uniform

School Rules

The school rules are established to maintain discipline, ensure safety, and create an environment conducive to learning. All students are expected to follow these rules diligently.

School Timings: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Assembly: 7:50 AM sharp
📋 General Conduct

Every student must reach school before 7:55 AM. Late arrivals will not be permitted inside the classroom without a Late Entry Pass from the office.

Students must stand in line in the school assembly with discipline. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the school campus.

Students must greet teachers and elders respectfully at all times. Use of abusive or disrespectful language is a punishable offence.

All students must carry their school diary, identity card, and day's books as per the timetable every day without fail.

Leave of absence must be applied through the school diary. For absence of 3+ days, a medical certificate or parent's letter is mandatory.

Students must maintain cleanliness in classrooms, washrooms, and the school campus. Use dustbins for waste disposal.
📚 Academic Rules
1
All class tests, periodic assessments, and examinations are compulsory. Absence during exams requires prior written permission from the Principal.

Homework and assignments must be completed and submitted on time. Repeated default will result in extra study sessions and parent intimation.

Students must maintain neat, clean notebooks. All copies should be covered with brown paper and properly labelled with the student's name and class.

Cheating, copying, or any unfair means during examinations will result in immediate cancellation of the paper and disciplinary action.

A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in the final examinations. Medical leave will be considered only with a valid doctor's certificate.

Library books must be returned within 7 days. Damage or loss of library books will result in a fine equivalent to the replacement cost.
⚠️ Discipline Rules

Bullying, ragging, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or expulsion from school.

Vandalism or willful damage to school property will result in disciplinary action and the student must pay for repair/replacement costs.

Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without written permission from parents and the Principal's approval.

Any form of political activity, strikes, or demonstrations inside or outside school are strictly prohibited for students.
5
Students involved in theft, physical fights, or bringing harmful objects to school will face strict disciplinary action including rustication.
⚗️ Lab & Sports Rules
1
Lab coats and safety goggles must be worn in Chemistry and Biology labs at all times. Students must follow lab safety instructions strictly.

Computer lab resources must be used only for educational purposes. No gaming, social media, or unauthorized software installation permitted.

Sports kit (as specified) must be worn during PT and games periods. Proper footwear is mandatory on the sports ground.

All lab equipment and sports materials must be handled with care. Any accidental damage must be reported immediately to the teacher-in-charge.

Students selected for sports teams must attend all practice sessions regularly. Truancy from practice will result in removal from the team.
👨‍👩‍👦 For Parents & Guardians

Parents must not enter classrooms or labs without prior appointment. Meet teachers only during PTM or designated visiting hours (Sat, 10–12 AM).

Parents must ensure their ward carries a healthy lunch, water bottle, and all necessary stationery and books as per the timetable.

Change in address, contact number, or emergency contact must be informed to the school office in writing immediately.
4
Parents must sign and return all circulars, test papers, and school diary remarks within 2 working days of issue.

School Uniform

Students must come to the school in proper school uniform on all occasions. All students are required to wear school uniform as per the specifications given.

General Uniform Guidelines
  • Students must come to school in proper uniform on all occasions, including during examinations.
  • Uniform must be clean, pressed, and well-maintained at all times.
  • School ID card must be worn around the neck using the school-issued lanyard daily.
  • Hair must be neatly combed. Boys: short hair. Girls: two braids or one plait tied with blue/white ribbon.
  • No nail polish, mehendi, or jewellery except small stud earrings for girls.
  • Fashionable haircuts, coloured hair, or gel are strictly not allowed.
  • Wearing mufti/casual clothes is allowed only on special designated days announced by school.
  • School uniform purchased only from the authorized school uniform supplier.
